Hi, everybody, we are Lucero and Larry we have been doing our exercise every morning for many years now.


Early every morning before going to work i start my workout its a simple workout with my hand weights and leg lifts and setups I am 5 ft tall and 119 lbs, to stay that weight i have to work out everyday, because i am short i would have a problem with weight if I did not do my exercise every day.

I have created this website to help other folks that need to get back to fitness today.

Helping other folks to get back to fitness today is very important to me. there is no secret formula to this it just honest exercise the diet never worked for me the weight would just come right back, good eating is good to help control this also and great for the cardio system as well.and I enjoy my walks it is a great part of my life it is relaxing and good for my mental health exercise each day is so important to you and no magic pills will help just plain honest workouts.
